Hello and thanks for visiting my website. I'm a Reflexologist and Holistic Therapist, based in the North of Scotland on the beautiful Moray Coast.

I have a keen interest in most healing modalities, I work with the healing energy of Reiki,  Emotional Freedom Technique, Reflexology and Acupressure. Meridian energy work has it's origins in the Ancient Wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. According to Chinese medicine, everything that is and everything that isn't starts with the Tao. The  Tao translated, means the way, the path or the oneness of nature.   

Energy therapies help with a person's own innate healing abilities, encouraging the healer within, which is the amazing power of self-healing. These therapies are 'deeply relaxing' and allow you the time and space to recover from or manage any form of stress.
